To a certain extent yes, I have Giant Cell Atheritis which is a rare condition explained this to girl on phone, she put me on hold for a considerable amount of time, came back and told me to go on line and add it in.
I explained I already had tried that, thought by phoning and talking to someone it would have been easier apparently not, however I finally managed to add it in.
