I spoke to a lovely consultant. I've forgotten her name but she was so helpful and patient, and I finally got a policy to suit us at an acceptable price. We have been with Staysure for a few years now, and find them very good for medical conditions. Obviously the best test for insurance is if you have to make a claim, and we have never had to do so, but great customer service today.
