I had an email problem, Asked me to pay in full , promised me my email would be sorted as soon as I’d paid by another dept. Over 20 emails later, and some very rude replies it still wasn’t sorted 13 days later
However I rang the dept that originally told me that they couldn’t help me and a lovely lady sorted it for me in 5 minutes
