I telephoned to notify changes in health conditions for myself & husband. The young man took great care in getting details & ensured I understood t&cs. The one thing I don’t understand is why the price increased by 33% when my health changes minimised my risk & was told hubby would not be insured. for new condition as only having tests & not yet diagnosed!!
