I didn’t have reason to make a claim over the lat 12 months but I did claim in 2023 and I had no problem whatsoever getting my claim sorted I’ve just had my renewal for 2025 and I’m very pleased that it’s only gone up by £10 I’m 81 and feel the price is very reasonable considering my age Also other insurance companies were quoting outrageous prices
