The whole on-line process was straightforward. It was good to have the initial quote held over which gave me more time to consider my needs. I ended up completing the cover on the phone where the assistant was helpful and the options clearly explained. I can also say how important it was that the price was far more within my means than my previous insurer's quote and I was able to add Hire Car Waiver insurance, again at a very good price.
