I cancelled the auto renewal with their automated system a couple of weeks back and now they have renewed the expensive policy and taken the money from my bank account!!!!
I now find to can the policy is an automated system as well which I have no faith in.
Very disappointing I wonder what would happen if I ever needed to make a claim?
