On my enquiry a lady called Lucy could not have been bettered great patience , easy to understand and could not have been more helpful. Shame I could not contact her to complete the order.turned out you have 2 offices I got connected to 2nd office , they said they did not really know Lucy said she emailed Lucy. that she had went home . I was not happy as I had just finished with the other lady and Lucy phoned me. I was not at all happy.
