Second person dealing completed everything well, spoke clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with.
However first person did not call back when arranged. or email documents- because there was a mistake in the spelling of my email address, despite repeating it correctly.
The very worst experience was with the automated payments, with several attempts having to be made before being transferred to a human. Stressful and time-consuming for me.
