Unfortuneately I recently had to cancel my cruise. From the moment I contacted Staysure they were so helpful .Once I'd competed the claims forms they were dealt with speedily and efficiently. I would highly recommend Staysure. Infact I've just taken out insurance with them for my next cruise.
