I logged on to website, about to complete when I lost the site. Logged on afresh but now had to pay £180-odd instead of the first quoted £100-odd, which I find disgusting. As a pensioner I was pleased with the first quote and was going to tell my family to get Staysure for their trip, but after this happened I'm not. Very disappointing.
