We were insured for our cruise in January this year & my husband had to have an emergency evacuation to Bermuda. We were there for 3 weeks before being allied to fly home but the service we received was excellent. We had no hassle & everything was sorted very quickly for us. Hence we are using them again for our cruise in January 2026. Thoroughly recommend them.
