I have tried getting through on the phone eventually someone answered. I spoke to someone regarding my issue he wasn’t very helpful as he said I didn’t understand. I have an issue with my hearing. Reason for me to contact you I needed my documents sent by post, did try emailing you kept coming back to me. I eventually managed to get onto the app and asked for my documents to be resent which I’m now happy as they were sent quickly. I’m not an expert on technology I now have my documents so I can print off. Apologies for the moan I felt I had to air my views.
