Having had to make a claim on my travel insurance the process was easy and the claim was dealt with efficiently. Chicken pox stopped our family holiday. I made one phone call completed the online claim form and received an update that the documents were accepted and being processed. The claim was paid out in a matter of days. I have used this company again in the hope we get away on our trip this time.
