I have used Staysure before and found them competitive in price and relatively straight forward to complete the online form. I needed help and advice on this occasion so I spoke to a lovely guy called Nathan. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I am awaiting results of tests and was quite anxious about cover. Nathan explained everything and I felt much better. Unfortunately, a few days before I phoned and spoke with a young lady who had to keep asking for advice. I wasn't really given the correct information and I was on the phone for over an hour! However, Staysure are a good company and it wouldn't stop me from using them.
