Very user friendly website, but disappointed with the European cover. I took out an annual cover and assumed it would cover most of Europe, or at least the holiday destinations. I downloaded the documents and by chance glimpsed the validation certificate and noticed the main holiday destinations are excluded, Spain, Greece, Malta etc. this should be made clear at the start.
