Rang to get a quote for travel insurance. Customer Service agent kept going quiet without telling me what was going on and to reassure me she was still there. Didn't seem to understand medical conditions.
Kept repeating same questions. Kept putting me on hold. All in all took nearly an hour to get quote and then she missed off one of the medical conditions. Not a good experience
