The agent I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful when I volunteered a couple of medical things to my existing policy. It was all done smoothly. However, as a loyal customer I was shocked to find my renewal had £500 added to my premium. Why so much extra for reporting a change of medication and a cut on the head that required stitching? Even considering I am one year older and nearer the front of the queue for departing this world, £500 added on seems excessive.
