I spoke to a very nice lady who talked me through everything. She said she would call me back the following day but she didn't. I left it a couple of day then rang again. She'd put High Blood Pressure as one of my medical condition. I've never suffered from this in my life & I'm 82 yrs young. When I queried this & told her my blood pressure was normal for over 50yrs but had had low blood pressure in my 30s she said she had to take high blood pressure off & because I'd suffered low blood pressure in the past it at to be added which I couldn't understand. Surely if it's over mormal for over 50 yrs it shouldn't have to be added. I've dealt with Staystay a few times over the years & always been satisfied but this just seemed wrong.
