Online booking was very straightforward once I managed to resolve one slight issue. My first attempt to speak to an advisor over the phone on 0333 014 0804 met with no success. Even though I held on for my call to be answered for almost an hour no one answered and my call was terminated at your end. My second attempt at ringing on 0333 305 7162 was answered quite promptly and helped to resolve my problem and enabled me to complete my application online
