First call put on hold while checks made - then eventually message ‘you are being transferred.’ I spoke to another adviser - got cut off and he did not ring back, despite having my number, when I was halfway through a sentence, so obviously I did not disconnect the call. Tried again and finally had success, although going through medical conditions took a long time - some of this seemed unnecessary as they would be excluded from cover anyway. However, it was sorted in the end, though very expensive.
