Took travel insurance for trip April 2020 which was cancelled for Corvid19.
Told I could rebook for up to 13 months but when tried to put in dates for 12 months later was told the 13 months was from the date of purchasing the policy.
From total of £295 cost for cover I am refunded a voucher for £98.00 with an explanation that cancelled cover ran from booking in February had cost approximately £200.
An absolute rip off.
A company which helps themselves, not their victims!
