Its very Good program, proffessional, good for seafarer to study from ship. Only concern how will you confirm authenticity of the person taking the exam. some one may misuse and get certificate for some one else. I am a lecturer in Marine industry, Sri Lanka (Asia) for 19 years. I have lot of experience of students trying to take short cut in Exams. Some ways of confirming Video evidence of the person taking the exam would be prudent and avoid misusers. I would like to see more Programms on SMS, Safety Management, Internal Safety Audit & ISPS Audits which could be helpful for students too. Thank you
