Nice course.
Gives you a good training about what to expect when dealing with passengers during an emergency. For sure much cheaper than standard courses you need to attend in person. However, I believe that the crowd and crisis courses are very similar to each other, some parts have actually exactly the same videos and slides. As many cruise companies require both I don’t see why not to put the two courses together and reduce the price. In the description it says about 4h to complete the training but honestly 1h to complete each course is more than enough.
