In Mexico, there are a few options to do the certifications.
Sometimes we have to sign in for a waiting list and when they have the minimum forum required, they will conduct on site training. This involves expenses to travel to a Port facility and also minimum a month of waiting, not to mention the prices of the certifications are doubled.
