I used two different computers and three browsers that failed and failed even when I followed the instructions. It seems the videos may be causing browsers to reject the system. I finally got it working with Microsoft Edge but Yahoo, Mozilla Firefox and Chrome I never got them to work on either computer. i also used the internet on the boat and at the hotel. The system when operating was fine and apart from two slightly. It was very stressful as i needed my renewed seaman's book
