I found the course to be very good and informative, thank you. However I found it annoying that there was no option to review chapters individually without having to start at the beginning and go through everything again, therefore I just gave up. Providing the email to contact for a hard copy of the Certificate would also be useful, as currently it states click on this link and then tells you to email for the cert but does not give which email. Also in the Document of Completion for the personal info it asks for POB and COB, English is my first language and I had no clue what these abbreviations stood for, I took POB to mean position onboard and left COB blank. This obviously is not needed as you have this information from peoples id if they provide a passport but perhaps this should be highlighted somewhere. I rated 4 stars because of the points above. The course I found very good just those few admin quirks... thank you
