Two days ago I did the STCW and they told me they will Send me a link to download my Certified in PDF and untill now they Send me Nothing and Royal CARIBBEAN is asking me Why I m taking too long to upload mi Certified, I NEED IT, other wise I Can not will get on board, I Sent an email to the adress you have for support and some guy told me I have to pay 28 Euros for my Certified, if you are not gonna give me my Certified then give me back my money.
