I love how the system teaches online. I did a Security Awareness Course For Cruise Ships. Firstly, before signing-up, for safety i mailed their customer assitance and Emerald's responce showed me professionaly that this is legit and i was offered a "coupon code" for discount. I mailed back thanking and Ruan closed it with a "most welcome". On the course, I was taught from the beggining then the whole course and completly understood why security awareness is so important and why STCW is giving out its services. I passed and later signing-up to do basic training. I give 7.2 out of 5 because i choose knowledge and understanding than worrying about the price. Thank you for your services.
