Called Stellisons on the advice of another washing repair shop who did not specialise in Miele repairs .. called Stellisons who advised no tech support so would have to arrange a home visit .. wanted a pre payment which you would get refunded if cancelling within 24 hours when I advised that on the date proposed I do a school run till 930am advised regardless of that information engineer could still call and I would be charged if I wasn’t there ? Will be using Miele direct I think ...
