Cracking company, no issues from my experience!

We ordered a number of items from Stellisons Chelmsford in early 2020. When we took delivery of the items we noticed that two were damaged, which is surprising as we would have expected items to be checked before being sent out for delivery. Our extractor fan had a large dent in it and our fridge had a number of shelves where the glass had shattered. While the issue with our extractor fan was originally resolved (only after being sent a replacement that was also damaged), we have still not been sent the replacement shelves. While I appreciate that the last year has presented difficulties given the pandemic, I find it hard to believe that it has taken over a year for us to be sent some replacement fridge shelves. I have been sent a number of holding emails up until recently, when Stellisons have simply not bothered to reply. I would urge people to look elsewhere if they don't wish to be fobbed off and ultimately ignored.

4 call outs, £150 spent so far on 2 new parts and still our Seimens oven doesn't work properly, the temperature keeps resetting so food is taking longer to cook. Some times the temperature dial doesn't light up. Engineer has a flippant attitude to requests for wearing masks and gloves, doesn't sanitize the work area when finished and doesn't take photos of finished job. Constantly arriving late in the day, usual last job on the round, leaving us no time to complain when he leaves as the offices are already shut. Receptionist continually fobs us off with excuses about getting hold of dept manager to discuss our refund/compensation. It take 2 weeks between each job to phone in order for parts, parts to arrive and get allocated time slot for call back. Absolutely shocking service from top to bottom of all staff and I get told to not shout when I get angry.

Spent over £500 on parts for a washing machine and a microwave all as advised by their own engineer and who somehow manged to tell us this with out looking at the machine. Also told us that the machines were 8 years old so you have had your monies worth buy new Samsung machines and we could get a £40 discount from Stellisons We then had a Siemans engineer look at both machine who manged to fix them both in less that an hour! The Washing machine was a programme and alinement problem !! No parts needed Microwave – a fuse only !!! NO parts needed AND WE HAVE JUST SPEND OVER £500 WITH STELLISONS and TEN WEEKS WITHOUT A WASHING MACHINE AND A MICROWAVE ! As you can imagine during the last 10 weeks we have found it very difficult to wash our clothes and cook due to COVID-19 Stellisons were recommend by Siemans and we feel absolutely let down by both companies, We feel that Stellisons have tried to defraud and deceive us from start to finish.

Came to fix the fridge twice, broke it twice, now have to bin 2.5k worth of fridge due to total incompetence. If they come round your house to fix something, bolt the door !

My experience with this company has caused financial and stress. The extremely poor installation of a blomberg washing machine left damage to units. They have taken no responsibility and have no concept of customer service. Still in dispute but with the wonder of hindsight I would not have entertained giving them my custom. Disgusting attitude and professionalism.

Have been past the Ipswich store many times without realising the quality of the goods and services within. From entering the store and being welcomed by assistant Jazz, through the purchasing and storage of my range, to the delivery today by Stellisons own staff who walked my stove into my cottage using amazing forearm forklifts, I could not be happier with the service I have received. I will always shop for household electrical goods at Stellisons. Well deserved 5 stars!

Appalling installation of my cooker hood after I paid an inspection fee to avoid any problems. Very poor customer service. As a loyal customer of many years I would never buy from them or use their installation service again. Unanswered e-mails with photos of shoddy workmanship, an exasperating experience. I am now making a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974

Terrible level of service from you. I purchased a Smeg cooker hood from you and it has taken four visits to complete the installation. I even had to tell the engineers how to get it working properly! Even now it does not perform in a satisfactory manner Over the last 4-5 weeks I have made a lot of phone calls to get this sorted out. My wife has had to clean up red brick dust all over our kitchen on three occasions now. On the last visit we were told it would be an AM visit; even that was wrong and the engineers arrived about3.00 I contacted your Colchester branch and told them I should be refunded the £90 installation fee. I received a very abrupt reply saying "no" This has to be the worst service I have ever received.

Ive had to replace several white goods across the family and have had wonderful service. Taking away of old appliances organised. All new items delivered by absolutely polite and helpful guys. Everyone who works for Stellisons ive come across is the same.
