4 call outs, £150 spent so far on 2 new parts and still our Seimens oven doesn't work properly, the temperature keeps resetting so food is taking longer to cook. Some times the temperature dial doesn't light up. Engineer has a flippant attitude to requests for wearing masks and gloves, doesn't sanitize the work area when finished and doesn't take photos of finished job.
Constantly arriving late in the day, usual last job on the round, leaving us no time to complain when he leaves as the offices are already shut. Receptionist continually fobs us off with excuses about getting hold of dept manager to discuss our refund/compensation. It take 2 weeks between each job to phone in order for parts, parts to arrive and get allocated time slot for call back. Absolutely shocking service from top to bottom of all staff and I get told to not shout when I get angry.
