You Guys shipped it right away, but somehow the post office lost track of it. it set in postal limbo for a couple of weeks. I contacted customer service via Email and the rep. looked in to it right away and said it must have been lost and offered a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement. Some how her checking on the original triggered the post office to find it and three days later it showed up on my porch. Very happy with product and customer service.
