I’m not sure what happened, I tried to follow all the steps. I had an adhesive and also the tape, but after a few applications, the paint still got on the other side of the stencil, which made the application after that uneven. I also struggled with last portions of the stencil at the ceiling, since it was virtually impossible to attach it. I ended up freehanding the part at the ceiling. I’m not sure what I could have done differently. The pattern is beautiful.
