The stencils I presume are cut to order, but mine came with the leftover chads from a prior cutout fused to my stencil, and they were difficult to remove. They need to pay more attention to quality in the production area. These stencils are about as thick 80 pound card stock, and have no adhesive. Paint creeps in underneath and makes the stenciled design have fuzzy edges.
