The compass rose stencil is very intricate & beautiful but since this is a reusable Stencil it’s thicker than what I am used to using. Therefore, once you paint you need to remove immediately as it will bleed under & You cannot prevent this from happening. If you need to add a second coat then you may have a problem like I did. It worked & I was able to fix it after some work. Size was great for my project. The mermaid/fish scales were great but they too also bleed. I was able to fix these much easier. You need to blot for stencils & not use a ton of paint or it will bleed under & it still did for both of these. I think it is because of the thickness of the stencil. Still came out great however.
