Shameful company. Exploit their T&C's mercilessly to inflate premiums, apply additional fees and push you towards unaffordable alternatives at every opportunity. Your only option is to cancel, at which point you realise that they can contractually keep the vast majority of your premium, even after a few short weeks. Look elsewhere online and you'll see this is their common practice.
In 35 years (and 70+ cars) I've never encountered a more unscrupulous bunch.
