It's a scam of an organisation in my opinion. They give you the price and then change it through making you jump through hoops and changing the goalposts with things like trackers from only certain companies, insurance proof needing to be within 1 year (2 is usual in the industry), proof of address, utility bills etc. It's one to stay clear of.
Currently contacting the Insurance Ombudsman / FCR and making a formal complaint. I ADVISE ALL CUSTOMERS do the same as it's the only way they can be regulated and prevent more scamming companies doing the same.
