The products are good quality and the shipping is lightning fast but the communication and customer service are terrible.
I was offered a 30% discount code on my last order but the math wasn't mathing and the discount was $100 less than it should have been. Despite multiple emails explaining the issue, I didn't receive an acknowledgement of any kind which is more than just a bit frustrating.
If they fix the communication issues and make up for the miscalculated discounts, I'd be more than happy to give a 5 star.
