I made a small purchase to test the service and quality. It took the longest that I have ever had to wait. I placed the order on sept. 2nd got an email my order was being processed on that day? Heard nothing by the fourth I sent them an email wondering what was going on with the order. I received a very simple reply.I should have the tracking the next day. The next day I received my order after receiving my order.I then received an email with the tracking information. No, regarding my order, I ordered a specific product. Got a completely different product. It was not like what I wanted and the product they gave me instead. Was less money than what I paid for. The product that I paid for it's still in stock. No one reached out to me to tell me why they wanted to switch it or if they could switch it, they just sent me out whatever, I guess they felt like sending out. Extremely poor customer service, an extremely poor service. The worst i've experienced yet.
