This is my experience in Steven Eagell Toyota Tamworth in mid October 21.
I bought a second hand car, they said I can't take it in the day as they have to do the MOT and to clean in, and they offer to apply supaguard protection (for leather and exterior paint) which cost me £445 with VAT, wait 2 weeks to pick un the car, and the car wasn't even hoovered, no paint protection, nothing.
AVOID this company!
