Bought na auris used, took them 1 week to prep car, got there was still not ready. Didn't stamp service book and opened bonnet covered in cobwebs and dust. No washer fluid, previous customer data still on sat nav. Then got passed around different managers and was promised £200 compensation. Never materialised, stopped answering emails and calls.
