Customer Service is non existent, Car only covered 2000 miles - misfiring, still under warranty and Main Dealer Serviced according to schedule. 3 weeks before they could even look at it. Thanks to GreenFlag it got taken 35 Miles to another Dealer (though still Stoneacre)...Required £100 up front non refundable Diagnostic Fee, Problem diagnosed as a faulty Spark Plug (after 2000miles ?) but changed all 4 for £184 as not covered by warranty. Nice one Toyota!
