Dispute with Stevenswood glazing and Kirkwood homes. Despite finding a warranty document sent to me by trading standards officer neither company will honour the 10 year "so called gurantee". They just say contact the other party. Worthless guarantee on failed double glazing and pathetic customer service. What more could you ask for (or avoid if sensible).
