The labels are, as always brilliant, but a month wait is rather unacceptable. I asked to cancel my order and then astoundingly got an email saying my order was about to be delivered.
Since they have no option to speak to anyone and have to wait for a response, customer service is definitely a negative issue.
Not sure if I will be ordering from them again.
