It would be useful to be able to contact the team prior to placing the order, to gather a more accurate ETA, but undertandably this has been removed to eliminate spam and allow a more efficient workflow.

“My stickers arrived and were nowhere near the correct colours. They had a noticeable pink hue, despite being ordered in orange and cream. I raised this with support, providing photographs showing the difference between the printed stickers and the colours displayed on my desktop, along with the relevant colour references. I was simply told that the labels were acceptable and within their “industry standard tolerance”. They refused to reprint them or offer any kind of refund.
Unfortunately, the stickers are completely unusable, so the entire order has effectively been wasted. It’s also very difficult to get hold of them, as there is no phone number and communication is only through tickets.
Really disappointing, particularly as I had intended to use them regularly and would have been a repeat customer.”

“I wouldn't use this company again. The lack of a phone line meant I couldn't speak to anyone when I needed an update, which was extremely frustrating.
While the pricing is competitive, the service was unreliable. The website states a turnaround time of 3–5 working days, but my order didn't arrive until 12 working days later. This was particularly disappointing as I had to have the stickers printed elsewhere to meet my deadline. When the £62 order eventually arrived, the stickers looked fine, but they went straight into the bin because I no longer had any use for them.
The advertised turnaround time is misleading and did not reflect my experience.”

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered printed goods using artwork that was clearly bright red, but the finished products arrived printed orange instead. The colour was materially different from the artwork supplied and approved, so the final result was not what I ordered or expected.
What made the situation worse was the poor communication afterwards. I waited for an update but did not receive a clear or timely resolution. As the order was time-sensitive, the delay meant I could no longer rely on them and had to arrange and pay for the goods again elsewhere.
When they eventually responded, I was told they would not offer a refund because they believed the issue could be rectified and that they would only provide a replacement. They also suggested the problem may have been caused by white ink not being selected. However, this was not clearly explained before the order was produced, and I was never warned that bright-red artwork could come out looking orange. Customers should not be expected to understand technical printing requirements that were not properly communicated during the ordering process.
I was not asking for anything unreasonable. The goods did not match the approved artwork, the bright-red colour had been printed orange, communication was slow, and by that point I needed to order elsewhere. Despite this, they continued insisting on a replacement rather than properly addressing my request for a refund.
Mistakes can happen, but the important thing is how a company handles them. In this case, I found the response dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. There was no urgency, no satisfactory explanation for why the colour was so different, and no willingness to provide the resolution I requested.
I would not use this company again. Anyone ordering customised or time-sensitive printing should be extremely careful, confirm every colour and technical requirement in writing, and make sure the company clearly explains how the finished product may differ from the artwork before placing an order.”

“Issue after issue; stickers printed incorrectly, colours coming out poorly, always with excuse after excuse made after repeated attempts at communication, with me always giving the benefit of the doubt stupidly. Final straw was ordering and paying for an order in January which despite repeated messaging through their messaging system - the only way to get in touch with Stickythings - there's no phone no/email - and repeated promises that the batch was on its way, by May I had still not received anything so demanded a refund. Thankfully my orders are for a little side business, no idea how they're still in business/used by people who need their orders quickly and correctly for their companies. Dreadful.”
“You mentioned in a message to me that you were " having issues with clear viynl printing" I have now recieved my order however the colours are not as previous orders. I have attached a photo. Those on the left are the new order and those on the right previous orders.
The printing on the new order is not sharp, the black not black enough and the red not (primary) red enough. It has printed the red as a dark pink and you are also not able to see the dragon's detail in black clear enough. I can send samples of each if that helps but would appreciate the order reprinted. The same artwork has been sent for all orders.”
“Poor communication of lead times and SLA’s poor. Not informed when longer leads times are in effect after order is placed. From placing my reorder, my order took 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered from another company and from order to receipt, took 4 days. Sorry won’t be using this company again.”
“Having ordered a month in advance we were extremely disappointed that our labels arrived AFTER the date they were needed for. We contacted the company several times to check on progress and were promised delivery in time, which didn’t happen. Not an apology or offer of refund or credit note in fact no communication at all”
“I ordered based upon their own advertisement of quick turnaround and then waited over 3 weeks for my items, very poor communication despite chasing with multiple emails back online chats.
It took over 2 weeks to receive a proof (that I paid extra for) with no real explanation other than that its a brother and sister operation, despite still chasing and having the order approved it was still not sent. in the end I was forced to cancel my order as I had no idea if id receive it.
I ordered from 2 other suppliers in the meantime and received within a week!”
