“Good stickers but be prepared to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery. Really slow. Have ordered a few times and always minimum 3 week delivery window. It's ok if you're not in a rush, if you are, choose a different company”

“I am dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. On two separate occasions, my business bottle labels were delivered 3-4 weeks later than advertised, despite the company promoting a 10-day turnaround time. These delays had a direct impact on my business operations.
I have recently made 2 orders with them. On the first occasion, they messed up my order and sent me labels that were a different colour to what I submitted for print - I didn't receive an apology for this. In both instances, I formally requested a discount or partial refund to reflect the failure to meet the stated turnaround time. These requests were refused, and no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused was offered.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others. I would instead advise using a larger, more established business that has the capacity and systems in place to manage high order volumes and meet advertised delivery times. If I could I would put ‘0’ stars!”

Also, when I placed my order, I uploaded a white background artwork, but when I received the sticker, it was a gold one that wa delivered after over 2 weeks of waiting.”
