“Really poor quality transparent vinyl stickers. I supplied vectored artwork but the print quality was really low resolution. They said they thought the quality was acceptable which is a bit concerning to be honest, and also refused to replace or refund me for the stickers which is pretty poor from them. I don't recommend!”

“Okay the actual product is fantastic good quality labels exactly what I need for my business. The colour is good the print quality it perfect. The down side is the delivery time. I waited around 30 working days for my order I just don't think this is an acceptable turn around time. I understand companies can have various reasons why an order would be delayed but in my opinion the company needs to improve turnaround times. I will place another order with Stickythings as the product is very good.”
“I’d say I had a okay experience, the label making process was relatively straightforward.
It took well over a week for the labels to arrive, I was originally sent a wrong tracking number, and dpd were a day later than they specified.
The quality of the labels isn’t as sharp as I’d have hoped with a small shadow behind the lettering, thankfully the label is small and only bought a small amount to sample.
I probably would t use again to be honest, after reading trust pilot reviews of contact issues”
“Small-scale, family run buisness. Lead times can vary from the specified on the website, but once an order is placed you can easily communicate with the team regarding the status of your order.
It would be useful to be able to contact the team prior to placing the order, to gather a more accurate ETA, but undertandably this has been removed to eliminate spam and allow a more efficient workflow.

“My stickers arrived and were nowhere near the correct colours. They had a noticeable pink hue, despite being ordered in orange and cream. I raised this with support, providing photographs showing the difference between the printed stickers and the colours displayed on my desktop, along with the relevant colour references. I was simply told that the labels were acceptable and within their “industry standard tolerance”. They refused to reprint them or offer any kind of refund.
Unfortunately, the stickers are completely unusable, so the entire order has effectively been wasted. It’s also very difficult to get hold of them, as there is no phone number and communication is only through tickets.
Really disappointing, particularly as I had intended to use them regularly and would have been a repeat customer.”

“I wouldn't use this company again. The lack of a phone line meant I couldn't speak to anyone when I needed an update, which was extremely frustrating.
While the pricing is competitive, the service was unreliable. The website states a turnaround time of 3–5 working days, but my order didn't arrive until 12 working days later. This was particularly disappointing as I had to have the stickers printed elsewhere to meet my deadline. When the £62 order eventually arrived, the stickers looked fine, but they went straight into the bin because I no longer had any use for them.
The advertised turnaround time is misleading and did not reflect my experience.”

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered printed goods using artwork that was clearly bright red, but the finished products arrived printed orange instead. The colour was materially different from the artwork supplied and approved, so the final result was not what I ordered or expected.
What made the situation worse was the poor communication afterwards. I waited for an update but did not receive a clear or timely resolution. As the order was time-sensitive, the delay meant I could no longer rely on them and had to arrange and pay for the goods again elsewhere.
When they eventually responded, I was told they would not offer a refund because they believed the issue could be rectified and that they would only provide a replacement. They also suggested the problem may have been caused by white ink not being selected. However, this was not clearly explained before the order was produced, and I was never warned that bright-red artwork could come out looking orange. Customers should not be expected to understand technical printing requirements that were not properly communicated during the ordering process.
I was not asking for anything unreasonable. The goods did not match the approved artwork, the bright-red colour had been printed orange, communication was slow, and by that point I needed to order elsewhere. Despite this, they continued insisting on a replacement rather than properly addressing my request for a refund.
Mistakes can happen, but the important thing is how a company handles them. In this case, I found the response dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. There was no urgency, no satisfactory explanation for why the colour was so different, and no willingness to provide the resolution I requested.
I would not use this company again. Anyone ordering customised or time-sensitive printing should be extremely careful, confirm every colour and technical requirement in writing, and make sure the company clearly explains how the finished product may differ from the artwork before placing an order.”
