“Fantastic service even though it took a little longer than anticipated to receive the labels. Good quality and good communication even though you are unable to call (all communication is through the online messaging system which they are responsive to). They even helped me make a last minute change before printing even though it was in the queue. Would definitely recommend as price and quiality is good. I will be using them again although note that you do need to allow quite a bit of lead time to receive your order.”
“The stickers we ordered were of an excellent quality but what lets the service down is the length of time it takes to get the order completed and shipped, and the only form of communication is via a message service. It is a small business so be mindful of this when placing a large order.”

“Lied to me about turn around time, when I went to cancel it because it had now been well over a month since the order, they suddenly were doing it straight away. Then I don't know what happened with the delivery but I waited in and nothing came. They told me it was being kept somewhere to be collected (very annoying as I paid for delivery) yet no one could tell me where it was being kept. When this was brought up as I quite rightly asked for a refund, they refused and seemed insulted I dare to question them. Appalling service.”
“Terrible quality, I don't recommend the to anyone. It was clearly an aluminium stamp from the website but somehow in the small print it was saying that it was vinyl painted with a metal colour. Also, I have created the design for the stamp where I could see all words on the screen but after printed it was impossible to read it, so small it was.”
“So far I have been waiting 8 weeks for my order with no contact from these people whatsoever. I can't find anywhere to contact them either so basically I'm in limbo. Site says 7 days delivery which would be perfect but now it seems like I've just thrown my money away. Says I'm no.22 in the queue which is exactly the same position I was in 10 days ago.
Would be nice if someone was to contact me and let me know what is going on. Seriously this is no way to run a business”
