“First of i have waited a month to get the stickers. No communication was initiated by Stickythings, I had to chase where the stickers were. I haven't got any update, untill I didn't ask. I haven't got any offer either for this extreme long waiting time.
I have got the stickers finally, which aren't stickers, just a piece of vinyl for £65 waiting over a month.
When I asked refund on the item, I have been told, I have got what I ordered, so there is no refund.
I reviewed the order, it was window sticker, I have never ticked the box to get statistics vinyl as the order shows too. I guess it was automaticly added to the order, which is also misleading as they advertise it as window sticker....”

“No way to contact them unless it’s through a count with an order on it. As I made a mistake on my email address there is just no way to get in contact with them to find out what happened to the order I’ve already paid for?? Hoping this will get the company to contact me.”
“Easy to use interface to design my labels. Great quality on arrival. And easy to contact to confirm delivery (and they very kindly expedited my order to meet an event deadline). Would use again without a second thought and highly recommend!”
“Lovely quality, really pleased with what I received. Only thing I found confusing was the quantity option. I uploaded 13 different files, and the website asked me for a quantity. I thought this was a quantity for each upload so I chose 100 as I needed 100 of each. What I didn’t realise was that quantity box was for the total amount of stickers, so all of my 26 uploads were equally distributed across the total, so I only ended up with about 3 of each. I think that needs to be clearer.”

“My labels are of fantastic quality - I have used other companies before and whilst their products may have arrived quicker, the quality was nowhere near as good as Stickythings, especially given the price. I would highly reccomend. Customer service was quick, reliable and friendly when I had a query.”

“If I could give this zero I would. I ordered a month ago with a lead time of 7 to 10 days. No notice that the people running the shop were on holiday but when they came back I was assured I would get them last week. Still way over the estimated delivery time. Then said I would get them yesterday. Still not arrived. Have caused me a huge problem with a record label client, and I've had to reorder with another supplier. This company is absolutely hopeless - order from them at your peril. I have not received my order at the time of writing and have asked for a refund (though I won't hold my breath) as it's far too late to be of any use to me now.”
