“I used them for beer labels and the final product is great + high quality. The shipping was advised to be 7-10 working days, which was met (Ordered May 31st, Delivery June 11th). That feels slow in today's day and age, but wasn't an issue for me personally. Overall, I really enjoyed the in-website editor and ordering process and would use them again. Would recommend!”
“Stickers are a decent quality, though there are print imperfections on them.
Order took a lot longer than advertised. Upon messaging them they changed the goalposts of delivery time without changing the core website. Order miraculously was done same day when I complained a second time for the delay. I ordered them on 14th May, delivered on 5th June. Had their original timescale been adhered to, I would have been able to sell at a bank holiday fair.
Wouldn't use them again.”
“Although the product is of good quality, I was not massively impressed with the customer service. I had to chase up the order after placing it almost 2 weeks prior and had asked if I could add another lot of labels to the order so i didn’t have to pay 2 lots of delivery, but they just finalised my original order and sent it off and told me I needed to place another order (and another £6 postage). I found another company to do the next stickers for cheaper and with free delivery.”
“First off, the quality of the stickers, when they finally arrived, was excellent - couldn't have been happier. The website gives no real indication of how long you should expect to wait to get your order, the FAQs suggest that when they are quiet, it might be a few working days, but when they are busy, it might be several weeks.
There are no update emails throughout the production process, so you have no indication of when your order will arrive. In my case, the stickers only arrived after I asked to cancel my order because it was taking too long.
In short, if you want well-printed stickers but don't need them in the next month or so, I would recommend Stickythings. If you need them soonish, maybe try someone else.”

“The online ordering system for custom labels (with self-provided artwork) was easy to use. I like how there's a tracker showing where my order is in the queue. The printed custom stickers are of good quality and matched the specifications at the time of ordering. DPD delivery was reliable.
The turnover time was 7 working days, a bit longer than I had hoped for, but I understand that's what they promised for periods with a surge of orders. Would be great if their capacity can be increased --- I'll love them more!”
