“First off, the quality of the stickers, when they finally arrived, was excellent - couldn't have been happier. The website gives no real indication of how long you should expect to wait to get your order, the FAQs suggest that when they are quiet, it might be a few working days, but when they are busy, it might be several weeks.
There are no update emails throughout the production process, so you have no indication of when your order will arrive. In my case, the stickers only arrived after I asked to cancel my order because it was taking too long.
In short, if you want well-printed stickers but don't need them in the next month or so, I would recommend Stickythings. If you need them soonish, maybe try someone else.”

“The online ordering system for custom labels (with self-provided artwork) was easy to use. I like how there's a tracker showing where my order is in the queue. The printed custom stickers are of good quality and matched the specifications at the time of ordering. DPD delivery was reliable.
The turnover time was 7 working days, a bit longer than I had hoped for, but I understand that's what they promised for periods with a surge of orders. Would be great if their capacity can be increased --- I'll love them more!”

“I do have several issues with this company. The delivery time is just not viable for a business - and the communication is very poor. I cahsed for 2 weeks for an idea of delivery. The order arrived with me 4 weeks after signing off the proofs. When it did arrive the quality wasn't great - the colours didn't match despite all labels haveing the same colour in the artwork.”
“Fantastic service even though it took a little longer than anticipated to receive the labels. Good quality and good communication even though you are unable to call (all communication is through the online messaging system which they are responsive to). They even helped me make a last minute change before printing even though it was in the queue. Would definitely recommend as price and quiality is good. I will be using them again although note that you do need to allow quite a bit of lead time to receive your order.”
