“I do have several issues with this company. The delivery time is just not viable for a business - and the communication is very poor. I cahsed for 2 weeks for an idea of delivery. The order arrived with me 4 weeks after signing off the proofs. When it did arrive the quality wasn't great - the colours didn't match despite all labels haveing the same colour in the artwork.”

“Lied to me about turn around time, when I went to cancel it because it had now been well over a month since the order, they suddenly were doing it straight away. Then I don't know what happened with the delivery but I waited in and nothing came. They told me it was being kept somewhere to be collected (very annoying as I paid for delivery) yet no one could tell me where it was being kept. When this was brought up as I quite rightly asked for a refund, they refused and seemed insulted I dare to question them. Appalling service.”
“Terrible quality, I don't recommend the to anyone. It was clearly an aluminium stamp from the website but somehow in the small print it was saying that it was vinyl painted with a metal colour. Also, I have created the design for the stamp where I could see all words on the screen but after printed it was impossible to read it, so small it was.”

“I am a graphic designer that outsources print. I have never left a negative review before this one.
I was initially quoted 7-10 working days for a small order. This was OK as it was for a friend who had a bit of time. I had a feeling the Stickythings order was going to be longer so I ordered the same print run elsewhere. It turned up well before the Stickythings order, which arrived after 15 working days.
The Stickythings order was not opened for a few weeks (to avoid any possible damage to the print) as the other run was being used. When it was opened, it was clear it was short. 2 x 500 labels were ordered which were to be used on tins (one label on top, one on the bottom) The top looks fine quantity wise but the bottom label was missing around 350 labels. So only c.150 tins could be completed. This makes the labels used incredibly expensive per unit! I even pointed out that the packaging the order was sent in looked unlikely to be able to hold the correct quantity.
I raised the issue with Stickythings and have received nothing but fob - off replies…. I’ll check with Matt; I’ll get back to you asap blah blah blah.
I’ve been holding off writing this as I don’t like to publicly knock businesses and hoped they would at least communicate with me. But it’s always me chasing them and as we approach 6 weeks since I raised the issue, my patience has worn thin. It is clear they have no intention of trying to resolve this.
What’s so frustrating is this whole rigmarole could have been very easily rectified by sending out a few hundred labels. Which let’s face it, wouldn’t cost much in terms of materials. I’m not even asking for a reprint that would add to costs. I’m just looking to receive what was paid for. Though I’m sure it will be viewed as my fault for not checking the order immediately....
I would strongly advise anyone looking to order from Stickythings to think twice. They are good at taking money but truly awful to deal with if you have any issues.”
“Terrible communications. I placed an order (#852079), uploaded the artwork and paid for design review. The proof returned was really bad. I asked for a refund and the line went dead. It is now the third day since I asked for a refund. I will have to go via my bank to get my money back.”

I've just checked your delivery, it looks like DPD attempted delivery but failed. It looks like it's been rescheduled for the 18th Dec. I've researched the image that they took of the address they tried to deliver to and it was just around the corner from you, number 35. I've added to the notes that they attempted the incorrect address last time.

“Received order but barcodes don't scan. Used the online creator tool on their website so not our fault. Sent polite message asking if any way they can help resolve this, no reply. You can't ring them, phoneline dead, so no way of contacting other than through a message via their website. Wish I had checked reviews before using this company.”

“Nearly 8 months on, and i still haven't received my labels. When I queried this with them 1-2 weeks afterwards they insisted that I was in a queue, a follow-up a few weeks later led to the same response. Extremely poor that it has got to this stage where so frustrated was I that I forgot about things, having lost the money i paid (with customers not receiving their goods branded) and now remembering it all on this request for feedback. “First of i have waited a month to get the stickers. No communication was initiated by Stickythings, I had to chase where the stickers were. I haven't got any update, untill I didn't ask. I haven't got any offer either for this extreme long waiting time.
I have got the stickers finally, which aren't stickers, just a piece of vinyl for £65 waiting over a month.
When I asked refund on the item, I have been told, I have got what I ordered, so there is no refund.
I reviewed the order, it was window sticker, I have never ticked the box to get statistics vinyl as the order shows too. I guess it was automaticly added to the order, which is also misleading as they advertise it as window sticker....”

“If I could give this zero I would. I ordered a month ago with a lead time of 7 to 10 days. No notice that the people running the shop were on holiday but when they came back I was assured I would get them last week. Still way over the estimated delivery time. Then said I would get them yesterday. Still not arrived. Have caused me a huge problem with a record label client, and I've had to reorder with another supplier. This company is absolutely hopeless - order from them at your peril. I have not received my order at the time of writing and have asked for a refund (though I won't hold my breath) as it's far too late to be of any use to me now.”
“Been a customer on and off over a fair few years but always found the customer service off hand and pretty poor and this last order was the final straw - I have owned a graphic design and print company for 15 years and I know how to supply a print ready CMYK file - the file I supplied was Blue. (Printed many times and always blue) Different blue tones not an issue but when it was printed green my client was not happy and neither was I. I expected to just email the attached image and get a reply saying "sorry, we will reprint for you asap" as would my response have been to my client. But no apparently it's my fault the print is green (even though the file is blue). Attached images - my design file clearly shows Blue. Over 3 days of messaging (they don't take phone calls) and finally after taking no responsibility they apparently didn't have time for me and I can send the stickers back and get a refund. My advice use another company like I have been told to do and save yourself the hassle.”
