I’m replying to your request for my review however I have not received anything from you. Please advise as to what has happened with my order. Very disappointed as I now leave the Netherlands in 2 days without the labels I needed and they won’t be much use after that. Thnx

I found it impossible to contact anyone for support, there is a messenger system once you have an account but it didn't work for me. I have an order ready for collection but I live about 4 hours drive away so need it delivered, there is no way for me to let them know. Any emails from them are from a no-reply email address. Hopeless customer service in my case.

Very disappointed with quality and service of the labels. It took over a month to produce. To make matters worse the quality and colour was absolutely unacceptable . I now need to waste more money and buy from a different supplier

Took nearly a month for the labels to be made and delivered. Had to order from another company which came in two days. If you have a month or so to wait worth the price.

Order took more than 3 weeks to arrive. When finally arrived opened package to find 24 labels instead of 206. In addition terrible customer service.

Don't bother ordering unless you have a month or two to kill. Ordered stickers on 14th March. 7-10 days estimated delivery. Had still not gone into production on 27th March, so sent a message asking to cancel and obtain a refund. Suddenly (within a few hours) I got a message saying both parts of my order had now been printed and they were unable to provide a refund. And that delivery would be in 2-4 days. It's now 4th April. Still no stickers and the status is still saying 'In print production queue'. Horrific service standards. Avoid.

Shocking turnaround times, it's taken over a month to produce some basic stickers. In that time, I have used a competitor who has successfully delivered 3 orders of the same! Clearly there are issues at this company. They need to stop taking any more orders and get their house in order. I will not be using them again .

Seriously, don't use Stickythings Limited. I've been a customer of these guys for a long time, and their service has got worse and worse. Their estimate for deliveries is 7-10 working days, and after not moving much in the queue for 15 days, I messaged them to cancel the order. This magically made them move to the top of the queue and I was informed that they had already been printed and would be dispatched that day. I asked them not to send them out but this is the response I got: "Hi Bradley, we will dispatch the order and you can refuse delivery if you chose to, but we cannot offer a refund at this stage, as per our terms and conditions. There was no mention of a deadline for your labels when ordering and no contact from you before today. Kind Regard, Vicky" I'm also aware that when this review is posted there will be an angry reply from them telling me how wrong I am and how I've twisted the truth or something. Wait for it! :-) If you considering using them, dont, just go with StickerShop (google them) for small runs, or Labels International for larger runs. Way faster and better priced. Matt or Vicky - when you read this, just refund my order and I'll remove the reviews. Thanks.

Unfortunately this used to me by go-to printers. I appreciate they’re very busy and have a small team, but the inability to grow as a company sadly means losing customers. I waited over 1 month for an order and have had to take my custom elsewhere

Literally the worse company I have ever ordered from in my whole entire life. I made an order in November, they called me to find something out and couldn’t reach me as I was at work, they didn’t proceed to email me or anything at all. I waited and waited for weeks to see if the update would show on my account and saw nothing. Finally after weeks i got through to someone about the print. And it’s now been another couple of weeks of literally begging to get an update on my order and still don’t know when I will receive it. PLEASE AVOID if you know what’s good for you and don’t want to go through months of chasing a company up. They will show good reviews on their website but don’t believe it please. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Usually quality is ok. This time ordered black labels, they were grey instead (after having to wait over 2 weeks for them) . Contacted customer service a few days ago sadly no response. Additionally some labels were bent , this is not the 1st time I received bent labels. But I still looked passed it and always left positive reviews . But this time I am very unhappy with the quality and the lack of support.

Stickers arrived over 3 weeks after their due date and are now redundant. Tried to contact seller via social media, website and PayPal but no response.

Stickers arrived much later than order process suggested, customer service was shockingly rude, patronising and passive-aggressive! Almost the point of being entertaining. Almost. Never known a business to be run this way in all my years, it's like they are deliberately trying to bring down the company from the inside!!

After explaining to Alice that we are doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible and that we do not promise specific delivery dates, we received this message after politely letting her know: "Clearly you are not managing and are in serious denial regarding both that and your attitude problem. Good luck raising a considerate child." She knowingly said this to Vicky, a mother working from home during the school holidays with a 4 month old baby and a 5 yr old. You can only imagine our response. It wasn't polite in the slightest, hence her review. Matt

I would have loved to have been able to give you a 5* review, and based on my first few orders I would have done so. Unfortunately, service and lead times have gone down and down, and the passive-aggressive communication with customers and ex-customers is just too much and I've had to move elsewhere for my labels. It's a shame because you used to be lovely to deal with.

Let get some perspective on this review: Brad says that he would have left 5* reviews previously for all previous orders. But he didn’t ever bother. He then says he dislikes the passive aggressive communication with other ex clients. Communication where he doesn’t know the full story. These ex clients can and often are very rude, we have little time for them. If honesty whilst being polite is considered passive aggressive nowadays, we’re fine with it. When Brad ordered, we had plastered all over the website regarding longer lead-times due to being extremely busy. Of course, this must have gone unnoticed because we didn’t hit Brads usual expectations of us. We should be carrying on with his order regardless of everyone else’s. Time and time again, we mention delays can happen, the print industry is not 100% effective and issues do occur… artwork issues, busy periods, staff sickness, courier issues etc etc.

Do not use! They do not deliver in the timescale they state on the website and when you reach out for an update, they do not reply. I am still awaiting a response from their support team since 3 days ago despite their promise to respond within 12-24 hours. The order was placed 9 days ago and there has been zero communications from Sticky

Hi, We didn't get to your support ticket because you updated it multiple times over a period of days. This changes the priority in our queue, putting it to the back of the queue. Sending us multiple messages for the same issue is only going to add extra labour for us as we have deal with each response. Because you created your ticket on the 22nd, updated on 23rd, again on the 24th and again on the 25th (today). It never had the chance to get to the front of the support queue. We have over 50 support tickets daily to get through, we simply cannot cater for these repeat responses. We also advise against doing exactly that. With regards to your order, we dispatched a working day late as we're so busy. However we do clearly state in our turnaround times that are linked to at the checkout that they are a guide only. We simply cannot envisage if a press goes down, staff are sick etc etc. We're a small business offering a decent service at a very good price. To give other potential clients reading this a perspective, between this review and the last negative review, we have produced and dispatched 449 orders. We have only received 1 other review. We roughly receive 1 review for every 500 orders, which is a real shame as it doesn't show what service we provide. 100% of disgruntled clients leave a negative review however. Regards Matt

Absolutely shocking and disgusting service received from Sticky Things. Both Matt and Vicky are very unprofessional. The quality of their stickers are shocking. I ordered 3000 black stickers and received nothing but utter rubbish. The ink comes off and the wordings are not clearly printed. Stay clear from this business. Not only do they sell rubbish, they also take 3 weeks to manufacture the rubbish they send you. Stay clear from this one man band business and order else where. You’d be better off. £375 down the drain for the utter rubbish I was sent.

The client ordered 2 sets of labels with us. One set of clear labels, the other glossy white vinyl. We printed & delivered both. She has also ordered from us in the past without complaint on a few occasions. We recently had a complaint that the ink was flaking off the white vinyl. The pictures sent through to us show that they had been clearly damaged; scratched. We asked the client to send back a sample sheet for inspection. She refused & made a PayPal dispute for all of her money back, despite the other half the order having no issue. On receipt of the PayPal dispute, we reprinted a sample of her order out of curiosity and to satisfy that all was correct. The printed sample was removed straight from the press & was rubbed vigorously; the ink remained in-tact. We noticed that the sample printed had a very bad spelling error on one of the three designs which would have rendered them unusable. The client misspelt “store” as “stoe” in the main title. This was her own approved artwork, sent to us. In the photos she sent to us she omitted this design. We’re currently awaiting PayPals decision on the finances. In the meantime, the client has gone to all social media, review sites etc to try and tarnish our reputation. She even went as far as stating that we changed and deliberately misspelt her artwork and reprinted it. That was the confirmation for us that she is dishonest. We simply wouldn’t do that, it would be a waste of our time and it’s deeply against our morals. We have come to the natural conclusion, due to the dishonest nature of this ex client, that she probably made more than one mistake and that she deliberately circumvented our fair returns policy & wants to blame it on a small business to save face.

This company would not step sending me requests for reviews - even via text message. No way to stop them - texting STOP didn’t work. Absolutely no concern for privacy. So have this review - and stop contacting me!
