Absolutely shocking and disgusting service received from Sticky Things. Both Matt and Vicky are very unprofessional. The quality of their stickers are shocking. I ordered 3000 black stickers and received nothing but utter rubbish. The ink comes off and the wordings are not clearly printed. Stay clear from this business. Not only do they sell rubbish, they also take 3 weeks to manufacture the rubbish they send you. Stay clear from this one man band business and order else where. You’d be better off. £375 down the drain for the utter rubbish I was sent.

The client ordered 2 sets of labels with us. One set of clear labels, the other glossy white vinyl. We printed & delivered both. She has also ordered from us in the past without complaint on a few occasions. We recently had a complaint that the ink was flaking off the white vinyl. The pictures sent through to us show that they had been clearly damaged; scratched. We asked the client to send back a sample sheet for inspection. She refused & made a PayPal dispute for all of her money back, despite the other half the order having no issue. On receipt of the PayPal dispute, we reprinted a sample of her order out of curiosity and to satisfy that all was correct. The printed sample was removed straight from the press & was rubbed vigorously; the ink remained in-tact. We noticed that the sample printed had a very bad spelling error on one of the three designs which would have rendered them unusable. The client misspelt “store” as “stoe” in the main title. This was her own approved artwork, sent to us. In the photos she sent to us she omitted this design. We’re currently awaiting PayPals decision on the finances. In the meantime, the client has gone to all social media, review sites etc to try and tarnish our reputation. She even went as far as stating that we changed and deliberately misspelt her artwork and reprinted it. That was the confirmation for us that she is dishonest. We simply wouldn’t do that, it would be a waste of our time and it’s deeply against our morals. We have come to the natural conclusion, due to the dishonest nature of this ex client, that she probably made more than one mistake and that she deliberately circumvented our fair returns policy & wants to blame it on a small business to save face.

This company would not step sending me requests for reviews - even via text message. No way to stop them - texting STOP didn’t work. Absolutely no concern for privacy. So have this review - and stop contacting me!

Stickers delivery incorrectly. Contact DPD and Stickythings. Neatly a week later no reply and no stickers. Very poor customer service. I would really like my business advertising stickers ASAP!

We can see that you found the stickers, that had been left by DPD with a neighbour and asked to close the support ticket.

Can’t really comment on sticky things as we still haven’t received our domed stickers after a month of ordering, the communication from you is not good enough and you can’t speak to a person concerning a job, blaming covid is not good enough when you say people are working from home, you need to make your communication easier for customers to know what is going on with their orders. Won’t be ordering from again as our relationship with our customer has been sullied.

Company Highnett Controls. 3 missed delivery dates still without our order. Order placed in September and paid for. Complete lack of commutation from Stickythings Ltd. The phone is never answered. I have requested to have my order canceled. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy Managing Director Highnett Controls

Stickythings are still refusing to redeliver our order claiming that it was refused by someone at our premises. Untrue. It was not. There are 3 people in our office, why would we refuse a parcel we have been waiting for for 2 weeks?? It's madness! A google aerial snapshot of our neighbours and the general area, there are 4 other properties nearby, is not helpful. The company has issues with their delivery company, DPD, not with their customer so don't punish the customer when the courier screws up. More respect and trust please. Poor show. Arrogant, stubborn and churlish customer services.

Would love to leave a review about the products ordered but they haven’t arrived yet. Received a message to say my order would be delivered on 22nd, still not received from DPD. As DPD is the only delivery option, I would think twice in the future about ordering again.

Unfortunately it took nearly a month to receive my labels. What used to be a great company is using covid as an excuse to not speak to their customers. You have to use a ticket system so any conversation is a very drawn out process. You can't call or email. The most frustrating process despite my many messages letting them know how desperate i was to get the labels sorted. Long and short is I don't think they care! Avoid

What this customer didn't tell you is that they ordered on the 15th Aug and didn't send us their artwork until the 19th, which was a Friday. This was after a reminder by us to do so. After proofing their order on the following Monday in the morning after the weekend (a perfectly reasonable timeframe), the client rejected the proof. They then failed to update their order status as requested in the emails, so it wasn't seen for a couple of days until they emailed us. Not a problem for us to manually update, but certainly not a delay borne by us. After the client approved the artwork on Friday the 2nd Sept late in the afternoon, it was printed and dispatched by the 8th. So essentially, the turnaround was 4 working days from proof approval. This is our usual timeframe. It's astonishing how sooooo many people nowadays look to blame someone else rather than take responsibility for their own actions. This client received 2 free proofs, 2 manual reminders and a 4 day turnaround, yet says we don't care in the same paragraph. It simply doesn't make any sense when all the facts are laid bare.

I needed customised stickers to use 4 days from the day of purchase so I paid for next day delivery but received after a week by then it was too late to even use the stickers. There was no one to contact and ask what was going on. Absolute nonsense in my opinion. How do I get refunded and paid for the serious damages caused by your nonchalance? To say I was disgusted is an understatement.

You ordered your labels on the morning of Wednesday 15th June, we dispatched your custom labels on Monday 20th June. That is a 4 working day turnaround. The next day delivery service is the service we use. It's clearly stated that you will not receive your label on the following day of your order, we need time to produce them first. Stated at the time on our delivery / turnaround page (which is linked at the top of every checkout page in a bright yellow box) it stated that turnarounds were between 2-5 working days at the time of your order. We dispatched your order on time. There is a contact button at the top of every page of our website, there is no excuse to say that you couldn't contact us, we deal with many inquiries every day, usually within 24h. It also mentions on that page the following: "If your order is urgent and not well within the times below, please do not order with us. We don’t want to have an argument of ‘he said she said’ etc when it comes to deadlines. We’re offering a service to the best of our current ability and it might not suit everyone during this unprecedented COVID period." I understand if you're disgusted because you failed to read what service we offer before ordering, but in no way was the delay our fault. We produced exactly what you ordered within our usual timeframes and terms. Kind Regards Matt

Delivery took longer than expected and the delivery timeframe was not specified in any of the emails I received.

Hi, You ordered your labels on Saturday 16th July in the morning. We dispatched them on Wednesday 20th July. This is a 3 working day turnaround and well within the 2-5 working days mentioned at the top on every page of the checkout process in a bright yellow box. Kind regards Matt

This client ordered 85mm x 55mm labels. They designed them online using the 85mm x 55mm template. We produced labels at 85mm x 55mm as specified and dispatched them within 2 working days. We get a 1* review for that service and the client expected us to cover the costs of a reprint at a different size that we had no idea about. It's simply ridiculous.

I received an email to review the article even before the goods arrived, but I want to review it anyway because it was a really bad experience, I can't review the quality just because I haven't received the products yet but the service. i ordered my 30 stikers on january 27th and today april 10th still nothing i received, there have been problems upon problems so i would not recommend this web site.

This is the thanks we receive for letting the client know that they had a spelling mistake in their artwork after we had printed it, before sending it out. We then waited for new artwork to be sent and to reprint (free of charge), which the client seemed to have a delay in supplying. So, in essence, the client gave us a 1* review for going above and beyond our usual service. We hope she uses a new supplier in the future, maybe one in her own country so we also don't have to send it, especially at our extra cost.

Sorry to say that we were really disappointed with the stickers. Cheap looking with a cheap ‘graph paper’ appearance to the backing paper. Won’t be using. Better luck next time hopefully!

We sell labels, not backing paper. If you required high "quality backing paper", whatever that actually is, you should have told us first. The vinyl we use is the best available on the market. We've been using it for over 10 years. This is the first time out of over 40,000+ orders that someone has ever questioned, let alone rated our products on the backing paper to labels. Obviously everyones entitled to an opinion. Here's a fact through, the backing paper is kraft lay-flat backing paper purposely created to stay flat whilst heated when printing printing. It has a wax backing so that labels peel off easily. It's far superior to any other backing papers we have encountered in 20 years in the industry. What you've essentially done is review the packaging your product came on, not the actual label itself. If the quality was poor, that would be because your artwork was poor, not the quality of print, because as you can see in all the photos of other reviews, our quality is excellent.

The most unprofessional website and on top rude. Will never purchase from them again and if I could take my last order back I would in a heartbeat. Waited 3 weeks and had it printed wrongly, no willingness to help repair it

Client designed labels online. Asked us to check small text. We printed, checked small text and offered to reprint free with revised artwork. Client came back to us a week later to say they were fine with the small text and to send them out. We send them out Client complains & leaves 1* reviews on every review platform. Welcome to the print industry!!
