“Lovely labels but poor communication - it looks like you can track order progress but place in queue seems to bear no relation to expected dispatch times.”
“Lovely quality, really pleased with what I received. Only thing I found confusing was the quantity option. I uploaded 13 different files, and the website asked me for a quantity. I thought this was a quantity for each upload so I chose 100 as I needed 100 of each. What I didn’t realise was that quantity box was for the total amount of stickers, so all of my 26 uploads were equally distributed across the total, so I only ended up with about 3 of each. I think that needs to be clearer.”
“Sicky things was the only place i could find which would do our labels to the shape and size we needed.
The result was exactly what we were looking for and at a much better proce than anyone else i'd been able to find.
Only issue is it took a while to arrive.”
“The stickers I ordered were exactly what I wanted and at a very reasonable price for quantity and quality. I also really liked that I was able to design it all on the site. Overall, the ease of putting everything together exactly how I wanted I think is probably the best I've seen on a UK-based site, certainly for this kind of price.
The one drawback was the length of time from ordering to receiving. There was no ETA and no communication between order confirmation and a few weeks later just before the order shipped and the length of time was far longer than what was suggested on the site. Fortunately I didn't need the stickers in a hurry so it wasn't too much of an issue. I would certainly use the service again based on price, quality and ease of design but if I had a timeframe I needed to meet I might have to rethink things.”
“Labels arrived promptly on time and are good. Whilst we were told about the delivery date this seemed to be longer than usual, perhaps you're very busy and we'll remember to order earlier in future. Thank you.”
“Excellent quality and prices, however delivery times ought to be as advertised as I had to wait 3 times longer than the website advised when busy, which I think should have been advertised when ordering, and not discouraged from contacting the business for an eta. Understandably difficult for small businesses at capacity but this shouldn’t be passed onto the customer.”
