“The stickers I ordered were exactly what I wanted and at a very reasonable price for quantity and quality. I also really liked that I was able to design it all on the site. Overall, the ease of putting everything together exactly how I wanted I think is probably the best I've seen on a UK-based site, certainly for this kind of price.
The one drawback was the length of time from ordering to receiving. There was no ETA and no communication between order confirmation and a few weeks later just before the order shipped and the length of time was far longer than what was suggested on the site. Fortunately I didn't need the stickers in a hurry so it wasn't too much of an issue. I would certainly use the service again based on price, quality and ease of design but if I had a timeframe I needed to meet I might have to rethink things.”

“Excellent quality and prices, however delivery times ought to be as advertised as I had to wait 3 times longer than the website advised when busy, which I think should have been advertised when ordering, and not discouraged from contacting the business for an eta. Understandably difficult for small businesses at capacity but this shouldn’t be passed onto the customer.”

“my first time using stickythings and I'm so happy with my labels. labels look so professional, I will be using them again. It gets a rating of 4 because I didn't find the website easy to navigate and wasted a lot of time, but once I worked out where to find things I was ok.”
“I ordered tamper resistant labels and although I ordered 10, I actually received 16 which was appreciated. I ordered them on the Sunday evening and they arrived on Thursday via DPD and were exactly the size I needed.
This may be my fault for not researching properly, but the tamper resistant is if you peel the label it breaks into smaller pieces so it’s obvious someone has tried to mess with it, but it doesn’t actually damage the surface/paper it was stuck to, so if you sat there long enough peeling it, there would be no proof it had ever been there, and that’s what I needed it for.
All in all though, it was quick and easy system and you just need to make sure you accept the art work proof to speed production.”
“The quality of the label is pretty good exactly what we have requested for it also was delivered within the timeframe promised. However communication with customer service and replies to tickets should be improved.”
